Gong analyzes your conversations utilizing sentiment analysis, tone analysis, and advanced linguistic processing to provide comprehensive insights and understanding.
• Real-time conversation intelligence: Gong is not only a conversation intelligence tool. It is a real-time conversation intelligence tool. It doesn’t only give you a complete synthesis of your call afterwards but during it! You can use Gong advice to adapt your speech during your calls and boost your conversion rate!
• External analysis: Gong provides a comprehensive analysis of your data by integrating external data (for instance market information).

Cons

• Transcription issues: Gong’s transcriptions have been reported by several users as slow to load and sometimes inaccurate. Nothing beats Claap when it comes to transcription capabilities!
• Price barrier: Everybody agrees on saying that Gong’s capabilities are formidable. But it has a price which can be prohibitive for some.
