How do AI meeting summaries work?
Once you record a video with Claap, Claap is going to automatically transcribe the video in the right language and automatically detect speakers. When you select a template to summarize the video, we use a different prompt based on this template to summarize it in the most precise way.
Can I add my own summary templates?
At the moment, you have access to a library of 8 custom templates designed for all teams in B2B Software companies. You can also request new templates using the "Request summary" button.
Can I upload videos to summarize them?
Yes you can upload videos.
We currently support the following media specifications:
- Size: max 1Gb
- Containers: MOV, MP4, AVI, WMV, WebM
- 1 audio track + 1 video track
How do you ensure the privacy of meetings and videos?
All videos are stored in a secured video workspace. Admins can control sharing policy to prevent public link sharing. You can also decide the level of access you want to grant per team, channel and recording (can view, can comment, no access).
Do I need to pay a meeting recording license to everyone?
Claap helps you consolidate many video solutions into one: meeting recording, screen recording, and video wiki. Claap is not only designed for one team but to align your whole company.
Price per user depends on the type of usage your teams have:
- Power Recorder Licence ($30/month, monthly basis) gives you access to all features, including AI-meeting recording.
- Basic Recorder License ($10/month, monthly basis) gives you access to screen recording features.
