Pipeline review

Run the weekly pipeline review from saved views

Stalled deals

Spot stalled deals while there is time to act

  • Sort by deal age to surface long-running opportunities, or filter on AI status to list the deals that need action.
  • One dot per day of meetings, recordings and emails on the activity timeline: a long gap shows a deal went quiet.
  • On the Kanban board, each card shows how long the deal has sat in its current stage.

Stage hygiene

Check every stage against what the buyer said

  • The AI deal summary covers context, progress, decision and risk, and writes “decision process not confirmed” when nobody said it.
  • Create an AI field like “Economic buyer identified?” and Claap answers it on every deal from its calls and emails.
  • Drag a card to a new stage on the board and the stage updates in HubSpot or Salesforce.

What sales leaders want from a pipeline review

  1. The Friday review

What we do is every Friday we do [...] pipe review and forecasting, right? And you want to cross check the information coming from the [calls].

    Sales leader, Italian messaging SaaS

    What Claap does

Each deal carries an AI summary written from its calls and emails, right next to the CRM stage.

    How calls reach the CRM
  2. The deal that should have slipped

Inevitably on the call, someone’s like, oh, that should have moved out to next quarter, you know.

    Sales leader, US ed-tech scale-up

    What Claap does

A saved view of inactive deals, sorted by deal age, shows the deal that went quiet before the review does.

  3. The deals that matter first

Instead of analyzing all of the deals [...] take the 10 highest value deals currently in our pipeline and analyze.

    What Claap does

Save a view sorted by amount, then ask Claude or ChatGPT about it through the Claap MCP, which reads the view as the app shows it.

Sales pipeline management, answered

What is CRM pipeline management?

CRM pipeline management is tracking every open deal in your CRM by stage, amount, owner and close date, and reviewing it regularly so stalled or overstated deals get caught early. Claap adds the evidence from each deal’s calls and emails to that review, on top of HubSpot or Salesforce.

What are the best sales pipeline management tools?

Most teams run the pipeline itself in a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, then add a layer for deal inspection and forecasting, such as Clari or Gong. Claap fits when the gap is the evidence behind each deal: it reads the calls and emails and shows where each deal really stands, at a published price.

Does Claap replace my CRM?

No. Claap doesn’t replace your CRM. It fills it. Deals sync from HubSpot or Salesforce into the Deals view, and the stage, amount, owner or close date you change in Claap goes back to the CRM, depending on your integration and permissions.

Which CRMs work with Claap’s Deals view?

The Deals view syncs deals from HubSpot and Salesforce. Moving a card between stages on the Kanban board updates the stage in either CRM. Attio and Pipedrive connect for CRM auto-complete on Business and Enterprise; Kanban grouping by deal stage is not yet available for them.

How do you find stalled deals in a pipeline?

Sort open deals by deal age, then open the activity timeline of the oldest ones. Long gaps without meetings, recordings or emails usually mean a stalled deal, an internal blocker or an unclear next step. A saved view of inactive deals keeps that list ready for every review.

Does Claap forecast the pipeline?

Claap does not compute a weighted pipeline or a commit number. It writes each deal’s risk, next step and decision process into the CRM fields your forecast reads, and a Kanban column can total the amount in each stage.

Can I export the pipeline or use it with AI agents?

Yes. Deals can be exported as CSV for reporting. Through the Claap MCP, included on every plan, Claude or ChatGPT reads your deals and saved views as the app shows them, and can sort the pipeline by deal age or last interaction to list the stalled deals.

Which plan includes the Deals view?

The Deals view, AI deal summaries and saved views come with Claap Business, at $60 per seat per month billed yearly, and with Enterprise. The Claap MCP is on every plan, the free Basic plan included.
