Scorecard builder

A criterion is a prompt and a scale

  • Rate each criterion 0 to 5 or from a list you define, so the score fits how you coach.
  • MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT and SPICED ship ready to edit, so you start from a template, not a blank page.
  • Test a criterion on calls already in the workspace first, so you trust the score before it goes live.

Roles

One scorecard per role, not one for everyone.

  • Account Executives are scored on qualification: MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, BANT, SPICED or your own criteria.
  • Sales Engineers on technical fit, objections handled and security questions, not on sales criteria.
  • Customer Success Managers on adoption, risks raised and renewal signals, so each person is coached on their real job.

Reports

The coaching report is already built.

  • See each rep's average rating next to the team average, so you know who to coach first.
  • Follow the rating month by month, criterion by criterion, to see whether coaching lands.
  • Each rep's talk time, longest monologue and question rate, compared with the team average, so you coach habits too.

Every call scored, not just the ones you reached

Every recording gets a Coaching tab: scoring and rep feedback read off the call itself. Your criteria run on each new meeting.

Your criteria, not a vendor template

A scoring criterion is an AI field you write: a rating on your own scale, from your own prompt. MEDDIC and SPICED ship as templates.

Coaching on the moment, not on an impression

Every score sits beside a timestamped transcript, and clicking a line jumps the player to that second. Share the moment, not the hour.

Frequently asked questions

What does AI call scoring do after a call?

It scores the call on the framework your team already runs, per rep and per speaker role, then shows the gap to coach across every call rather than the handful a manager had time to listen to. No scorecard is filled by hand.

Which plans include call scoring and AI coaching?

Business and Enterprise. Pro captures calls and runs Claap AI on each meeting, but it doesn't include CRM auto-fill, call scoring or AI coaching. Enterprise includes everything in Business and adds deal forecasting, account scoring and contact insights.

Which methodologies can we score against?

MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED, SPIN, Challenger and Scotsman, plus BANT. You score on the methodology your team already runs rather than a generic template.

Is every call scored, or only a sample?

Every call is scored automatically, by rep and by speaker role. That's the point: manual review only ever reaches the calls a manager had time to listen to.

Can Account Executives, Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers be scored differently?

Yes. Each role can have its own criteria, so a Sales Engineer on a technical call isn't graded on an Account Executive's qualification criteria.

Do we get talk time and the other conversation metrics?

Yes, in the Reports section. Talk and listen ratio, longest monologue, longest customer story, patience, interactivity score and question rate, with talk time broken down per rep against the team average.

Can we chart the criteria we score on?

Yes. A scoring field can be charted, so the report is built on the criteria your team already scores against rather than on a fixed template. The scoring dashboard shows a leaderboard by rep, a team scorecard across the criteria, and how the rating moved month by month.
