AI CRM enrichment: a CRM that stays up to date.

Salesforce and HubSpot are native. Claap reads each call and writes a typed value into your own fields, following the rules you set.

Fields & objects

Typed values in the fields your reports already use.

  • Values land in your own properties as a paragraph, select, date, number or rating, so reports can filter them.
  • The whole record gets filled: HubSpot contacts, companies, deals and leads, Salesforce contacts, accounts and opportunities.
  • One call can fill fields on both the deal and the contact, so nobody updates two records by hand.

Close date

Many meetings, one deal

The hard part is the fourth call

  • Only if empty: a value a rep typed by hand is never touched, so reps keep trusting the CRM.
  • Append when possible: each new call adds its answer under the previous ones, so objections build into a running list.
  • Always overwrite: the property keeps the latest call, which is what a next step or decision date needs.

Setup

You pick the type, the prompt and the property

  • Ten output types, from paragraph and date to rating and numeric, so each answer fits the property it fills.
  • Write your own prompt, or skip the blank page and start from Champion, Budget or Action Items.
  • Map the field to a CRM property and the output type follows, so values always match what the CRM expects.

Nobody can run a pipeline report on a paragraph

Most tools post the call summary as an activity note and call that a CRM sync. Claap writes a typed value that sorts, filters and counts.

Reps stop trusting a tool that overwrites their work

Each field carries its own sync mode, overriding the CRM default: write only when the property is empty, append where the type allows, or always overwrite.

Half the calls never make it into the CRM

Turn on auto-run and the field is written back without anyone opening the record. Switch on contact creation and a participant missing from HubSpot is added as a contact.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the CRM data entry other tools automate?

Most AI CRM enrichment posts the call summary as an activity note, which nobody can filter, sort or count. Claap writes a typed value into the Salesforce or HubSpot property you name, standard or custom: paragraph, select, date, numeric, rating and five more types.

Which CRMs does this write to?

Salesforce and HubSpot are native, with standard and custom properties on contacts, companies or accounts, deals or opportunities, plus HubSpot meetings, calls and leads. Attio, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks are also available. All of these sit on Business and Enterprise; Slack and Notion are on every plan.

Which plans include CRM auto-complete?

Business and Enterprise. CRM fields draw on an AI credit pool shared across the workspace: 1,000 credits per Business licence per month, a custom amount on Enterprise.

What happens when a deal has several meetings on it?

You choose per field, with a sync mode that overrides the integration default. Always overwrite keeps the property on the latest call, which is what a next step or a decision date needs. Only if empty, append when possible adds the new answer under the previous ones, which is what a running list of objections needs. Only if empty leaves a value a rep typed alone.

Do I have to let it write to my CRM automatically?

No. Automatic enrichment is a switch on the integration: leave it off and the values wait on the recording page for someone to review and sync them. Left on, it still only appends or fills empty properties. For the two or three properties your team fills by hand, set the field to Only if empty and it is never touched.

Is the follow-up email part of CRM auto-complete?

No. Claap drafts the follow-up email from the same call, but that is a separate capability and it lives on the Emails page. CRM auto-complete is about the fields and objects on the record.

Do CRM fields use AI credits?

Yes. Each time a field runs on a call, it uses one credit from the workspace pool. Testing a field and meeting summaries are free. Auto-run fields still process calls recorded by Basic licences, as long as the pool has credits left.

Where does the enrichment data come from?

From your own calls. Claap writes what the buyer said about budget, timing, the champion or next steps into the CRM. It has no contact or firmographic database, so pair it with a data provider if you need phone numbers or company size.

What does a field write when the call never mentions it?

What you tell it to. Give a select field a "Not mentioned" value and the CRM shows a known gap instead of a guess, so your reports can count the deals still missing the answer.
