“It’s not the price, it’s paying for seats that only log in once a week.”

Risk written down, not remembered
Pipe reviews run on opinion. Every deal carries an AI summary read off its calls, emails and CRM properties. Where they are silent it says so.
Single-threaded, before it costs the deal
A deal with one contact looks like a deal with a committee, right up until it dies. The deal names who is actually in the conversation.
Silence is a signal on the deal
A deal can hold its stage for six weeks with nobody talking to the buyer. A saved view puts the inactive deals in front of you.

Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes deal forecasting?
Enterprise. Deal forecasting, account scoring and contact insights are Enterprise-only. Enterprise also includes everything in Business, so call scoring and AI coaching come with it.
What is the forecast built from?
The conversations themselves. Claap captures the calls, scores them against your methodology, and writes the resulting fields into Salesforce and HubSpot natively, so risks and next steps sit on the deal record.
Is there a seat minimum on Enterprise?
Enterprise is priced on quote, with custom AI credits, unlimited recordings and unlimited storage. Talk to sales for the exact terms for your team size.
How does the win/loss report know why a deal was lost?
Each deal records where the read came from: a buyer interview, the call transcript, or the rep alone. That attribution is one of the report's dimensions, so you can see how much of the picture rests on a rep's own account before you act on it.
Do we still need our CRM's own forecasting?
Claap doesn't replace your CRM. It fills it, including custom objects, and adds the conversation evidence behind each deal. You keep control of what syncs and when.
