Recording runs from the Chrome extension or audio capture on every plan, and from the desktop app from Pro, so no participant is added to your Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call. Teams who want a visible recorder can use the meeting bot instead, on every plan.
Do reps have to start the recording manually?
Calendar sync is on every plan, so meetings are already in Claap. Auto-record rules, also on every plan, decide which of them get recorded without anyone pressing a button.
Does it capture video and screen share?
