An agent that reaches into your other tools, every morning.

Describe the job in plain language. The agent reads yesterday’s calls, updates the deals in HubSpot, posts the recap to Slack, and does it again tomorrow.

One connection, not a pipeline to keep alive

The n8n or custom-API build breaks whenever a field changes. Claap is a single MCP endpoint with 58 tools, and it writes as well as reads.

Triggered by the meeting, or by the clock

An agent nobody starts is a demo. Claap automations fire on the meeting itself, filtered by team, by folder or by title keyword.

It reads the whole set instead of sampling it

Pointed at 528 recordings, an agent read three and invented the average. Pointed at a view of AI fields, it read all 263.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an engineer to build one?

No. The gallery agents run as published, and the Claap MCP connector lets Claude or ChatGPT do the work from a plain-language brief. If you'd rather wire it yourself, Zapier, Make and n8n are on Business and Enterprise, and the Claap API on Enterprise.

What can an agent actually do with a call?

Everything the published agents do: post a deep-linked Slack recap, build a competitor battlecard from real prospect quotes, assemble a sales-to-CS handover, produce a prospect-specific deck, or turn a won deal into a customer story page.

Which plan do I need?

Business or Enterprise. Claap’s AI agents and automations are on Business and Enterprise and the API on Enterprise; MCP is on every plan, including the free one. What changes between the two is the AI credit pool: 1,000 credits per licence per month on Business, custom on Enterprise, pooled across the workspace.

Where do the results land?

Wherever the agent sends them. The published agents post to Slack, build decks and interactive dashboards, and publish customer story pages to a CMS. Separately, Claap's own CRM auto-fill writes call data back to Salesforce and HubSpot on Business and Enterprise.

Can an agent run on its own schedule?

Yes. An agent is a job plus a cadence: every morning, after every call, or weekly before the pipeline review. The schedule can live in the assistant you run it from, in your automation tool, or on a webhook. Nobody has to open anything for the output to arrive.

Can two agents work on the same deal?

That is the point. Agents share the fields on the record rather than passing work between themselves. One writes the objections field from the calls, the next reads that field across every deal, and the third reads what the second concluded. Fix the field once and everything downstream is right.
