ClaapAgent

Ask ClaapAgent what was said on your calls.

ClaapAgent knows every call you can open. Ask it like you'd ask a colleague who sat in: the answer cites the meetings it came from.

Every value points at the sentence it came from.

  • Ask ClaapAgent the way you would ask a colleague, with no query syntax to learn.
  • Answers come from the transcript of what was actually said, not from a rep's summary of it.
  • Every answer links to the calls behind it, timestamped, so you check the exact moment before forwarding it.

Scope

One meeting, or every deal in the pipeline.

  • Ask about a single meeting to prep your follow-up or catch what you missed on the call.
  • Ask across meetings, deals, companies and people at once, to spot patterns across the whole pipeline.
  • Mention a deal, a company, a folder or a colleague with @ to narrow the answer to it.

Answers in a column

Every deal's answer, in one table.

  • Example: "What is the next step?" The answer shows on every deal and updates after each new call.
  • Filter and sort that column like a CRM property, so deals with no next step stand out at a glance.
  • The table is shared: a manager and a rep prepare the pipeline review on the same answers.

Walk in knowing what was said before you

Picking up an account usually means skim-reading someone else's notes. Point ClaapAgent at that deal and ask what was discussed.

Check any answer in one click

Nobody forwards an AI answer they cannot back up. ClaapAgent cites its sources inline: hover for the extract, click to jump to the recording.

The question you keep asking becomes a column

Asking the same thing deal by deal is not a process. Turn it into an AI field, switch on auto-run, and every meeting fills the column.

Frequently asked questions

Which plans include ClaapAgent?

Asking anything on a single meeting is on Pro, Business and Enterprise. Asking across meetings, deals, companies and people is on Business and Enterprise.

What does a question cost?

One AI credit per question. Pro includes 500 credits per licence per month and Business 1,000, pooled across the workspace. Enterprise credits are custom.

Can it answer on calls that weren't in English?

Yes. Transcription covers 99+ languages on Pro, Business and Enterprise, and AI summaries, chapters and topics are generated the same way, so non-English calls are as searchable as English ones.

Can ClaapAgent see meetings I am not allowed to open?

No. ClaapAgent only answers from recordings you already have permission to open, and existing visibility settings stay as they are.

Can people who don't record still search the workspace?

Every paid workspace includes free Basic licences. They watch, comment and search across your meetings at no charge. Using ClaapAgent needs a paid seat.
