AI fields

Every field names the CRM property it writes to.

  • Each field writes to the HubSpot or Salesforce property you pick, so call insights land on the deal without retyping.
  • Start from a template or write your own prompt, and ask exactly the question your team needs.
  • Pick from ten output types. Ratings, selects and numbers turn into charts you can compare across deals.

One row per deal

The same question, answered on every deal.

  • Pain and objections are captured the same way on every deal, so you compare deals side by side.
  • Filter and sort on any field like a CRM property, to find every deal that raised the same objection.
  • Your agents read these exact columns over MCP, so they work from the same answers your team sees.

ClaapAgent

Answers with the calls attached.

  • Ask ClaapAgent about one meeting and get an answer built from what was actually said.
  • Ask across meetings, deals, companies and people at once, and see which calls each answer comes from.
  • Each question uses one credit, drawn from a pool the whole workspace shares.

MCP & API

Plug Claap into the agents you already run.

  • Connect Claude or ChatGPT through the native MCP connector, and they query your calls without anyone opening Claap.
  • Call the Claap API from your own services to pull conversation data into the tools you built.
  • Trigger automations through Zapier, Make, n8n or webhooks, so call insights flow into the rest of your stack.

Your agent samples your calls instead of reading them

Point an agent at raw transcripts and it samples. Point it at a view of AI fields and it reads all 263 rows.

The homegrown connector that eats two days a week

One endpoint at api.claap.io/mcp, an OAuth sign-in, 58 tools. Your agent reads a view as the app renders it, and writes back.

Nobody builds an agent from a blank page

The Agent Gallery ships ready-made agents, from the daily Slack recap to the win/loss analyzer. Or ask your calls, and make a field of what you keep asking.

Where to start

Five AI fields that answer most pipeline questions.

Each one feeds a decision and takes a closed set of values, so your views and your agents can filter and count it.

Competitor named

Which tool the buyer compares you with. It feeds win-loss reviews and tells reps which battlecard to open before the next call.

Budget confirmed

Yes, no or not mentioned, where yes means the decision maker stated an amount. It feeds the forecast.

Decision maker identified

Whether the person who signs has joined a call or been named. It tells you which deals to prioritize.

Main objection

One value from a list you set, such as price, CRM integration, security or adoption. It feeds coaching and messaging.

Dated next step

The next meeting or action, with its date. A deal without one goes to the top of the review.

Each value comes from a recorded call, so a surprising number takes one click to check.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a paid add-on for the MCP connector?

No. The Claap MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT is on every plan, the free Basic plan included. ClaapAgent answers on one meeting from Pro and across all your meetings on Business. CRM auto-enrichment, Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks are on Business and Enterprise; the Claap API is Enterprise only. Ask sales to unlock a trial of a paid plan if you want to test it on your own calls first.

What happens to a field when a deal has ten calls on it?

You choose, per field, how it writes to the CRM. Only if empty keeps the first answer. Append when possible adds each new call under the last one, so objections build into a list. Always overwrite keeps the latest answer. With auto-run on, the field fills itself on every new meeting.

What can my agent actually read?

Everything your views show. Through MCP, an agent reads recording, deal, company and contact views with every AI field filled in, plus transcripts and emails. Read Deal View returns the rows exactly as the app shows them, in one call. Transcripts cover 99+ languages from Pro.

How is this different from Claap's Revenue Agents?

Revenue Agents are Claap's own agents for CRM auto-complete, coaching and scoring, and deal forecasting. This is the layer underneath them: the same conversation data, exposed so you can query it yourself, pipe it into Claude or ChatGPT, or build an agent on top.

Does running an agent use AI credits?

Only AI actions draw on credits. Meeting summaries, chapters and testing a field are free; running a field and each ClaapAgent message cost one credit, and an auto-run field spends one on every new meeting. Pro includes 500 credits per licence per month and Business 1,000, pooled across the workspace; Enterprise credits are custom.

Can an agent change data in Claap through MCP?

Yes, within set limits. An agent can create and edit fields, views, contacts and automations, and update a deal's stage, owner, amount or field values once HubSpot is connected. No MCP tool deletes anything, and deals are created in your CRM, outside MCP.
