This month's update brings you one of the most requested feature - Trash recovery - plus several additional improvements that make Claap more powerful, flexible, and reliable than ever.
🗑️ Trash recovery - your safety net for deleted videos
Starting today, when you delete a video in Claap, it doesn't disappear forever - sorry again Clara, I know you lost so much work. Instead, it moves to a dedicated Trash section in your Library where you can:
- Recover deleted videos for up to 30 days
- Permanently delete content when you're absolutely sure
- Browse all trashed content in one organized location
With Trash recovery, simply navigate to your Library's Trash tab, find the videos you wanted to keep, and restore them with one click. Crisis averted!
🤖 Search your Claap AI conversations
Never lose track of important AI insights. You can now search through all your past Claap AI chats by keyword, finding both questions and answers instantly.
📊 More powerful smart tables
You can now sort and filter smart tables in your channels by any insights used in your templates - whether it's deal status, lead score, or any other enriched data points.
We also added more deal dimensions to bring more context in your analysis.
🔗 Expanded Pipedrive & Attio integrations
- You can now link another deal to your meetings when our automated matching didn't find the right deal.
- You can also send your AI notes to deal and company only.
🔒 Enhanced privacy & collaboration
We now split the possibility to prevent teammates from creating public links for channels and recordings. Greater control to ensure a fully personalized privacy in your workspace.
⚙️ Developer and automation improvements
- Webhook testing: Test your webhooks with a single click instead of creating dummy recordings. Each webhook now has a "Send test event" option for easier debugging.
- API keys for Claap MCP: We added API key support for our Claap MCP server authentication, enabling more secure integrations.
- Our API is in beta: ping me and we'll grant you an access!
