ClaapAgent, right inside your CRM

ClaapAgent now opens inside HubSpot or Salesforce, your calendar and Gmail, and already knows the deal you are on. Also new this month: Claude and ChatGPT answer from a full quarter of calls, and Deals views open as a Kanban board.

Here is what shipped in Claap between mid-September and late October. Three releases are worth your time, plus a handful of smaller ones at the end.

🤖 ClaapAgent, inside your CRM, calendar and inbox

Preparing a call or writing a follow-up used to mean digging through notes in another tab. ClaapAgent now opens right inside HubSpot or Salesforce, your calendar and Gmail, through the Claap Chrome extension. It already knows which deal or contact you are looking at, so you can ask straight away.

What you can do:

  • Prep your next meeting in seconds. What was said last time, who is joining, what is still open.
  • Write the follow-up email from what the prospect actually said.
  • Analyse a deal. Who else to talk to, what is blocking it, whether it will close on time.
  • Re-engage a lost opportunity with the context of every past call.

🔗 Faster, more complete answers in Claude and ChatGPT

The Claap MCP now has more than 90 tools. Your AI agent can work with all of Claap, from calls and deals to views, folders and AI fields, not only pull a transcript. This month it also got faster and more complete.

What's new:

  • Per-rep coaching recaps. “Sarah’s calls this week from the Coaching view” now comes back as just that slice, in seconds.
  • Objections and competitors over a full quarter. Transcript search reads up to 1,000 matches and knows when there are more.
  • Cold-call reviews for SDR teams. “My last 50 lemlist VoIP calls” comes back without loading your whole history.
  • A workspace set up without clicks. Your agent can create and organize folders, and fill your AI fields straight from Claude.

💡 Pro tip — for exact counts across all your calls, have the agent read a meeting view and its AI fields. Use transcript search for quotes and examples.

Not connected yet? There is a new block on your Claap home page: one click for Claude, a short guide for ChatGPT. See how the Claap MCP works.

📊 Your pipeline, as a board

Pipeline review in a table means scrolling rows and guessing which deal is stuck. Deals views can now open as a Kanban board.

  • Pick your columns. Group by your deal stages, or by the AI status.
  • See what matters on each card. The account, the amount and how long the deal has been in its stage.
  • Drag to update your CRM. Move a deal to the next column and the stage updates in HubSpot or Salesforce.

✨ Also new

  • Workspace control for your company. Admins can verify your email domain in Settings → Identity, let colleagues join your workspace automatically, and choose who can create a new one (Business).
  • Deals on hand-added contacts. Add a client to a recording by hand and Claap finds their deal in your CRM and links it.
  • Transcript languages. Tell Claap which languages your team speaks, up to five, and calls stop coming out in the wrong one. Settings → General.
  • Mobile app. Take a phone call mid-meeting: the recording pauses, then picks back up when you hang up.
  • Nooks. Calls from Nooks land in Claap on their own and sync to your CRM as calls. In beta.

All of this is live today. Open a deal in HubSpot or Salesforce and ask ClaapAgent to prep your next call, then ask Claude the question you never had time to dig into.
