We’re all about getting rid of admin so we’ve introduced advanced meeting automations to help you define your default meeting preferences:

⚙️ The type of meetings that you want to automatically record (external, internal, none)
📩 How to share your meeting recap
✨ The default AI Summary you want to use depending on the use case (external; internal)
📚 Your sharing preferences, i.e, default channels

Can I apply it to my whole team?

Yes! If you’re a Workspace admin, head down to the “Meeting controls” section to decide the default settings for your entire team. Save time for newbies and guarantee all your video recordings are exactly where you expect them to be.

Please note that this feature is only accessible with Business Licenses.
