Pains, feature requests and objections, cut into clips
- Pick the types you need: pain points, feature requests, objections, competitor mentions, product feedback and more.
- The Magic Clips report gathers every clip in the workspace, with the company, the deal and the quote.
- Filter by type to read every feature request at once, then export the table as CSV for the roadmap.

The same question, answered on every deal and account
- Example: “Which feature did the buyer ask for?” fills a column you can filter and sort across accounts.
- Company fields read every call and email on the account, so a pattern shows up across several deals.
- Recording and deal fields can also write to a HubSpot or Salesforce property, so feedback lives in the CRM.

Ask every call what customers said about a topic
- Ask “What do prospects say about our onboarding?” across meetings, deals, companies and people at once.
- Hover a citation to read the extract, then click it to jump to that moment in the recording.
- Mention a deal, a company or a folder with @ to narrow the answer to one segment.

The customer’s words, where product and marketing work
- Call recaps go to Slack and Notion, so feedback lands in the tools the product team already reads.
- Send a single clip to a product manager, so they hear the request in the customer’s own words.
- Claude, ChatGPT or your own agents read the same calls and fields through the Claap MCP.

Voice of customer, answered
What are voice of customer tools?
Voice of customer tools collect customer feedback and help teams analyse it and act on it. Some run surveys and NPS, some read support tickets or reviews, and some, like Claap, analyse the calls a company has with its prospects and customers. In a sales-led B2B company, those calls hold the most detailed feedback.
What is voice of customer in a CRM?
It is customer feedback stored on the CRM record it belongs to: the pain on the deal, the feature request on the company. Claap can write AI field answers from recordings and deals into HubSpot or Salesforce properties, so a report can filter deals by the request or objection the buyer raised.
Does Claap run surveys or NPS?
No. Claap analyses conversations: video calls, phone calls, in-person meetings and the emails linked to your deals. For surveys, NPS, in-app feedback or review monitoring, use a dedicated feedback tool alongside it. The two answer different questions, and the calls usually explain the scores.
How do feature requests reach the product team?
Magic Clips cut each feature request out of the call with its quote and timestamp. The Magic Clips report gathers them across the workspace, filters by type and exports to CSV. Recaps also go to Slack and Notion, and the Claap MCP lets Claude, ChatGPT or your own agents read the same calls.
Can I track the same feedback on every account?
Yes, with AI fields. You write the question and the output type once, and Claap answers it on every recording, deal or company as new calls arrive. Company fields read all the calls and emails on the account, across its deals. A new field fills the history once you start a generation.
Which calls can Claap capture?
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, with or without a bot; Aircall, Ringover, Allo and lemlist VoIP calls once your dialer records them; and in-person meetings from the mobile app. Magic Clips run on meetings with external participants, which is where customer feedback is said.
Who can see the calls and the answers?
ClaapAgent only answers from recordings you already have permission to open, and existing visibility settings stay as they are. Claap is GDPR compliant, SOC 2 Type II certified, and never trains AI models on your data.
Which plans include this?
ClaapAgent on a single meeting starts on Pro, $32 per seat per month billed yearly. AI fields, CRM sync and ClaapAgent across all your calls are on Business, $60 per seat per month billed yearly, and on Enterprise. The Claap MCP, Slack and Notion are on every plan.
