Teams meeting recording for sales teams

In Teams itself, only people from the organizer’s organization can record, and guests cannot record meetings. Claap records from your own computer instead: the Chrome extension in the Teams web app, or the Mac desktop app for the Teams desktop app. The Claap bot has to be admitted by the organizer.

Teams only shows the record button if your IT admin enabled recording, you are not a guest or from another organization, you hold an eligible Microsoft 365 licence, and the organizer has cloud recording on.
