This release is all about giving revenue teams the full deal story, not just the CRM stage. Three new things at once: a brand new Deal Report, a brand new Company Report, and a refreshed Meeting Report layout.

📊 Deal Report (Business)

Open any deal in Claap and you'll now see a complete, AI-generated report pulled from every meeting, email, and CRM signal attached to it.

Here's what you'll find:

  • An AI summary in a fixed Context / Progress / Decision / Risk format, grounded in your actual calls, not just CRM fields.
  • An activity timeline showing inbound vs outbound touchpoints over the last 30 days. At a glance, you can see which deals went quiet.
  • Stakeholders, next steps, and full meeting history in one view, so you stop digging through individual recordings before every prep call.
  • A one-click jump back to your CRM when you need to update a field.

Pipeline review used to mean either trusting the AE narrative or watching hours of calls. Now you can scan 30 deals in 15 minutes and walk into your 1-1s with one specific coaching question per rep.

This is the surface that finally makes Claap usable for:
