Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with full access, including Claap MCP. No credit card required. You'll have an active workspace from day one, so your team can try it on real deals.
How does billing work?
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is built for small, founder-led teams. It captures calls through the desktop app, Chrome extension and audio, with AI summaries, follow-up emails, CRM auto-fill and Claap AI on each meeting. Business adds the meeting bot and video, call scoring and AI coaching, Claap AI across all your meetings, and workspace dashboards, for teams with a Head of Sales who need to coach and report.
What are AI credits?
One AI credit = one AI action: a Claap AI query, an AI follow-up email, or an AI field generated or updated. Transcripts and call summaries come with every recording and don't use credits. Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits, shared across your whole workspace and sized by the number of seats. If your team needs more, you can top up.
Who's a paid seat, and who's a free Collaborator?
Paid seats record meetings and use Claap's AI. Collaborators are free, read-only seats inside a paid workspace: they watch, comment and search, but don't record or run AI, and you get unlimited of them. Guests are people outside your workspace you share a recording with.
Can I mix plans in one workspace?
Each workspace runs on a single plan, so everyone who records is on the same license. That keeps workspace-level features like SSO consistent for the whole team. If you have a lot of seats, we can get creative on pricing, so just talk to sales.
I'm already a customer. Does my price change?
No surprise changes. You keep your current price through your contract and move to the current pricing at renewal.
What happened to the free Basic plan?
There's no longer a standalone free recording plan. Free access now comes in two forms: the 14-day full trial for new teams, and unlimited free Collaborator (read-only) seats inside any paid workspace.
Which integrations are included?
All of them, on every plan, from your calendar and conferencing tools to HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Slack and Notion, plus automation via Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your workspace settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
