Overview

We all know how important it is to train sales teams on new products and processes. A continuous training program is what enables them to close more deals.

It’s also a time-consuming activity. Preparing the material, presenting, and answering questions. Someone couldn't attend? Schedule another meeting. New joiners? Here we go again...

Asynchronous meetings solve this problem by enabling asynchronous Q&A. Let's dive in.

When to use the Sales Enablement Playbook

We designed this playbook to enable the enabler :) You get the most value from this playbook in two scenarios:

  1. Rolling our a new training. Use Claap to deliver your training sessions and answer questions. Make them accessible in a dedicated topic so that people can access them quickly. No need to repeat yourself 10x.
  2. Clarifying an existing process. When you receive new questions from an AE, record a quick claap instead. You will be able to share it with the rest of the team with no effort. You can bet others have the same question.

Use it to create training programs at scale without compromising on the quality of the Q&A.

How to get started

Record your training

[optimize output image]

Record your screen to explain an internal process, a new product launch, or do an async Q&A.

When explaining processes and workflows, zoom in on each step so your colleagues can check details.

Highlight critical moments

Use our video annotation feature to note important steps in the presentation. This ensures the recording will automatically stop, forcing your team to pay extra attention and ask questions if they have doubts.

Share it in a dedicated topic

Centralize your training material into a single topic. This makes it easy for people to find them. Anyone on your team can add their videos here.

Answer open questions

Encourage your teammates to annotate the video to ask questions. And because your whole team has access to the topic, anyone can jump in to answer questions that pop up.
