How do you ensure my meeting notes are accurate?
All meetings are different and the way to structure the summary can change a lot from one meeting to another. With Claap, you can pick the summary template the most adapted to your meeting to ensure the right information are surfaced: user research, discovery calls, sales meetings, training sessions, team updates, executive summaries, and more… After the summary has been generated, you can still edit it.
What platforms are available to record meetings with Claap?
Claap offers native integrations with Google Meet and Zoom. To record meetings happening on other platforms (Slack Huddle, Microsoft Teams), you can use Claap’s desktop app. Make sure to enable “System Audio Capture” to record meeting audio properly.
How do you ensure the privacy of meetings and videos?
All videos are stored in a secured video workspace. Admins can control sharing policy to prevent public link sharing. You can also decide the level of access you want to grant per team, channel and recording (can view, can comment, no access).
Can I upload and summarize meetings recorded on Google Meet?
Yes, you can import videos recorded outside of Claap. Those videos will be automatically transcribed and you can generate a summary using the template you want.
Do I need to pay a meeting recording license to everyone?
Claap helps you consolidate many video solutions into one: meeting recording, screen recording, and video wiki. Price per user depends on the type of usage your teams have:
- Power Recorder Licence ($30/month, monthly basis) gives you access to all features, including AI-meeting recording.
- Basic Recorder License ($10/month, monthly basis) gives you access to screen recording features.
- Contributors (free) can access the video workspace, watch recordings and comment on it.
