We're thrilled to announce our completely redesigned AI Email Follow-up feature! Your feedback has been invaluable in shaping these enhancements.

No joke—creating personalized follow-up emails now takes just 2 minutes instead of 20. Our AI learns your unique writing style, ensuring your emails always sound like you.

What's new:

• Multiple email templates for different meeting types (discovery calls, demos, onboarding sessions, …)
• Voice cloning that learns and adapts to your writing voice and tone
• On-the-fly editing experience & customization of prompts, tone, length, format, and language to make each email unique in just a couple of clicks

📔 Custom Glossary

Our new Custom Glossary feature improves transcription accuracy and tailors it for your specific business terminology.

When you spot a mis-transcribed term, simply hover over the transcript or section and click the Glossary icon to add the correct spelling. Your custom terms will be applied to all future recordings, ensuring consistent naming of your products, technical terms, or company-specific language.

What's included:

• Custom glossary management: Create and maintain a list of terms specific to your business
• Easy term addition: Add terms directly from transcripts, Insights, or Overview tabs
• Centralized settings page: Admins can manage all glossary terms from a dedicated section in Workspace Settings

This feature is especially valuable for teams using specific terms, product names, or industry jargon that standard transcription might misinterpret.

📊 Analytics in Table Views

One of our most requested features is here! You can now access coaching stats directly in your table views. Visualize talking ratio, patience, question rate and other coaching metrics across all your recordings at a glance. Managers can quickly identify patterns & trends for their team members, from a unique report, using sortings & filters.

🧠 Company Context

Our new Company Context feature automatically extracts information from your website to provide more personalized AI answers throughout Claap.

When you create a workspace with a company email domain, we automatically analyze your company website and generate a concise summary of your company's mission, offerings, and positioning. This helps our AI better understand your business context and provide more relevant responses.

You can view and customize this description anytime in Settings > Workspace Settings > General.

🤖 Enhanced AI Notes

We've completely rebuilt our AI notes system from the ground up. Claap AI now provides more relevant and actionable insights:

• Improved Key Takeaways: More focused on meaningful insights from your meetings
• Better Action Items: Clearer next steps based on meeting content and assigned to owners
• Engaging Icebreakers: Thoughtful conversation starters for follow-up interactions

👥 Workflow Enhancements

🫂 Contact Repository

You now have the ability to manually add people to your meetings using the Contact repository. We'll soon leverage this repository to provide you with comprehensive context from your meetings with each contact, surfacing their needs, pain points, goals, and key talking points.

This feature lays the groundwork for more relationship-focused tools coming to Claap soon!

📋 Table View Improvements

We've made several quality-of-life improvements to our Table view:

• Quick-access row actions: Shortcuts on row hover to instantly copy, delete, move or manage your recordings
• Flexible column management: Resize and reorder columns to customize your view
• Bulk actions: Manage several recordings at once to save time
• Enhanced filtering: Find content faster with several new filters, including recording title filters. That’s the perfect fit to create your custom views.
