Table Layout is now available alongside the existing Grid and List views, giving you a more structured way to visualize your recordings. This new layout provides a comprehensive overview of your insights.

### More control on your recordings

**Flexible layout**

-   Switch effortlessly between Grid, List, and Table views using the layout selector in the control bar
-   Choose the view that best suits your workflow and information needs
-   Select which columns to display and organize your view with essential information such as recording title, owner, date, participants, labels, or deal information

**Advanced filtering and sorting**

-   Sort your recordings by any column property
-   Apply advanced filters to quickly find the recordings you need

**Bulk actions & CSV export**

-   Select multiple recordings and perform batch operations to move your recordings, add labels, delete them and more
-   Export your table data to CSV for further analysis

**Save Your Perfect View**

-   Once you've customized your table with the right columns, filters, and sorting, you can save it as a view for quick access later
-   This is the best option to curate relevant content for your clients & team

**Recording canvas**

You can now record yourself using our new Canvas in the Chrome extension, to share a quick update to your team or engage a prospect.

**Deduplicate bot recorders in your meetings**

Now, when multiple team members use Claap to record the same meeting, only one bot joins and records the call instead of multiple bots disrupting your session and creating duplicates.

**Log recordings in HubSpot meetings**

You can now log Claap recordings as "meetings" instead of just "notes" in HubSpot deals. Simply select "Add in meetings" from the integration menu, and your recording will be properly categorized in HubSpot.
