## Every deal summarised from its calls and emails

- The AI deal summary covers context, progress, decision process and the main risk, built from transcripts, emails and CRM properties.
- When the conversations do not say, it writes “timeline unclear” or “stakeholder not identified”.
- Each risk is dated to the call it was read from, so you can open the moment and judge it yourself.

## Ask every deal the same question

- Economic buyer identified? Decision process confirmed? Competitor in play? Each deal gets a status and the evidence behind it.
- Answers land in HubSpot or Salesforce fields your forecast and reports already use, with a sync mode per field.
- Sort the pipeline by any answer, and the deal with no decision-maker shows up before the quarter ends.

Review

## Walk into the pipe review knowing which deals need you

- Saved views such as “At-risk opportunities” and “Inactive deals” put the deals that need a manager first.
- The activity timeline shows one dot per day of calls and emails, so a deal that went quiet is visible at a glance.
- The contacts on each deal show champions, decision-makers and evaluators, so a deal with one contact gets spotted early.

## Question the deal, or the whole pipeline

- ClaapAgent answers from the deal’s own calls and emails: last objection raised, agreed next step, who still has to sign.
- Through the Claap MCP, Claude, ChatGPT and your other agents read the same deals, views and AI fields, on every plan.
- Permissions carry over, so a private space stays private to the agent too.

## Revenue intelligence, answered

What is revenue intelligence?

Revenue intelligence is software that combines sales conversations, emails and CRM data to show which deals will close, which are at risk and why. It turns what buyers actually said into deal-level signals, so pipe reviews and forecasts rest on what buyers said.

What does revenue intelligence do?

It reads every call and email on each deal and tells you where the deal stands: progress, decision process, the main risk and who is still missing. Claap writes those answers into HubSpot or Salesforce fields, so the pipe review and the forecast start from what the buyer said.

What is the best revenue intelligence software?

It depends on the gap. Teams that want a forecast roll-up and enablement in one contract look at Gong or Salesforce Revenue Intelligence. Teams whose CRM fields are empty or wrong need the evidence from each call written onto each deal first, which is what Claap does, at a published price.

What is the difference between revenue intelligence and conversation intelligence?

Conversation intelligence analyses individual calls: what was said, objections, how the rep ran the conversation. Revenue intelligence rolls every call and email up to the deal and the pipeline to judge whether the deal will close. Conversation intelligence is the input; our conversation intelligence page covers that layer in detail.

Does Claap replace our CRM forecast or a tool like Clari?

No. Claap does not compute a forecast roll-up. It reads every deal from its calls and emails, flags risks and missing decision-makers, and writes those answers into HubSpot or Salesforce fields, so the forecast you already run is built on what buyers said.

How does Claap decide a deal is at risk?

The AI deal summary is generated from the deal’s transcripts, recordings, emails and CRM properties, and names the main blocker: an unclear timeline, a missing stakeholder, budget, a competitor or low engagement. When the conversations say nothing, it says so.

What are the main alternatives to Clari?

Clari merged with Salesloft, and clari.com now redirects to salesloft.com. Teams reviewing the category usually compare Gong, Salesforce Revenue Intelligence, Avoma’s revenue intelligence add-on and Sybill. Claap fits when the gap is the evidence from calls on each deal.

How much does revenue intelligence software cost?

Claap publishes its prices: a free Basic plan, Pro at $32 and Business at $60 per seat per month, billed yearly, Enterprise on quote. Deal insights are part of Business. As published in October 2026, Avoma’s revenue intelligence add-on is $29 a seat a month and Salesforce Revenue Intelligence $220; Gong and Clari quote on request.

Which CRMs does Claap work with?

HubSpot and Salesforce natively, custom objects and fields included, plus Attio and Pipedrive on Business and Enterprise. Claap writes typed values into the fields you map, with a sync mode per field, so a value a rep typed is not overwritten unless you choose it.

Can AI agents use the deal data?

Yes. The Claap MCP is included on every plan, including the free one, and works with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Agents read deals, saved views and AI fields with your Claap permissions, so they answer from every scored deal.
