Agent Gallery

## Ready-made agents, published and running.

- Sales Meetings Daily Recap posts a Slack recap every morning, linked to the exact moment in each call.
- Battlecard Generator builds battlecards from real prospect quotes, so reps answer a competitor with evidence.
- Sales → CS Handover hands Customer Success the stakeholders, commitments and success criteria, so nothing promised gets lost.

Your stack

## Built out of the connectors you already run.

- Claap MCP sits alongside Slack, HubSpot, Notion and Dust, so one agent works across all your tools.
- Run it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code or any MCP client, whichever your team already uses.
- Prefer your own automation? Wire it through Zapier, Make, n8n or the Claap API.

Agents that chain

## One call, a dozen jobs done elsewhere.

- A recap lands in Slack every morning, without anyone asking for it or opening a tab.
- Deal fields are written to HubSpot the moment a call ends, so the CRM is up to date before the next call.
- Agents share the same fields, so you fix a field once and every agent downstream is right.

### One connection that holds when a field changes

The n8n or custom-API build breaks whenever a field changes. Claap is a single MCP endpoint with 58 tools, and it writes as well as reads.

### Triggered by the meeting, or by the clock

Claap automations fire on each meeting, filtered by team, host, folder or meeting type. For a fixed time, schedule the agent in n8n.

### It reads every call in the set

Pointed at 528 recordings, an agent read three and invented the average. Pointed at a view of AI fields, it read all 263.

## Frequently asked questions

Do I need an engineer to build one?

No. The gallery agents run as published, and the Claap MCP connector lets Claude or ChatGPT do the work from a plain-language brief. If you'd rather wire it yourself, Zapier, Make and n8n are on Business and Enterprise, and the Claap API on Enterprise.

What can an agent actually do with a call?

Everything the published agents do: post a deep-linked Slack recap, build a competitor battlecard from real prospect quotes, assemble a sales-to-CS handover, produce a prospect-specific deck, or turn a won deal into a customer story page.

Which plan do I need?

It depends on how the agent runs. MCP is on every plan, the free one included, so Claude or ChatGPT can read your calls from day one. Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks are on Business and Enterprise, the Claap API on Enterprise. AI credits are pooled across the workspace: 500 per licence per month on Pro, 1,000 on Business, custom on Enterprise.

Where do the results land?

Wherever the agent sends them. The published agents post to Slack, build decks and interactive dashboards, and publish customer story pages to a CMS. Separately, Claap's own CRM auto-fill writes call data back to Salesforce and HubSpot on Business and Enterprise.

Can an agent run on its own schedule?

Yes, in two ways. Claap automations run after every meeting that matches your filters (team, host, folder, meeting type), on Business. For a fixed cadence, like every morning or weekly before the pipeline review, schedule the agent in n8n: the Claap help centre links a weekly sales objections report workflow to start from.

Can two agents work on the same deal?

Yes, through the fields on the record. One agent writes the objections field from the calls, the next reads that field across every deal, and the third reads what the second concluded. Fix the field once and every agent downstream is right.

Which agents are in the Agent Gallery?

Agents for the jobs around a deal: Sales Meetings Daily Recap, Deal Risk Detector, Battlecard Generator, Win/Loss Analyzer, Sales Deck Builder, Sales → CS Handover, Customer Story Writer and Ramp Trainer, among others. Each one starts from your Claap calls and can be adapted to your own process.
